Will this fit a dump body truck

The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C15845 that you referenced is a confirmed fit for a 2016 Ford F-550 cab and chassis with frame rails spaced 34" apart (outside to outside). However, Curt does not test this trailer hitch with dump body trucks nor are all dump bodies the same so I would not be able to confirm fit 100%. However, the distance from the mounting flange on the trailer hitch to the top of the receiver tube is around 6" which you should be able to use in addition to the frame spacing measurement in order to determine if this trailer hitch will work for you.
