What size bolts are used for the installation of this hitch I bought this hitch from a previous owner and the bolts were missing

The Curt hitch part # 13241 that you referenced uses a total of 6 M12-1.25 x 35mm hex bolts and six 7/16 inch conical tooth washer. You would want to get grade 5 or higher bolts from your local hardware store.
Since hitch hardware is considered one time use it's a good thing you didn't get the hardware with it.
You can order the part # RHK and we will ship you out the correct hardware as well.
