I believe the bearing kit you will need will be part # BK1-100. However, I was unable to exactly cross reference your seal number. I recommend measuring your spindle to find the inner diameter of the seal you need, as well as measuring your seal to find the outer diameter. To get the most precise measurement possible, it is best to measure with a digital caliper.
I have attached a diagram showing the location of the grease seal seat that will give you the inner diameter needed for your grease seal.
The inner diameter of the grease seal in kit # BK1-100 is 1.249 inches.
If the diameter of your grease seal seat doesn't measure slightly larger than 1.249 inches, let me know what the measurement is and we can find the right bearing kit for you.
