If all you'll ever use the hitch for is towing the trailer you described, the Curt Class II trailer hitch, part # C12341 would work great for you. This hitch uses the smaller 1-1/4 x 1-1/4 inch receiver opening. You also need the ball mount # C45521, pin and clip # F-4, and a 1-7/8 inch ball # A-80 or a 2 inch ball, part # A-82.
However, if there's any chance at all you'd use the hitch as an attachment point for a bike rack or a cargo carrying tray like # C18151, you'd be better off going with the Class III hitch with the larger 2 inch receiver tube, part # 13356. The more common 2 inch receiver opening will have a much larger selection of accessories available. There's also another reason why I recommend the Class III- Curt's warranty for the Class II hitch states that a stabilizing strap like part # 18050 MUST be used for any non-trailer loads. The strap can be a pain to use and it isn't always compatible with all vehicles, so I'd recommend you avoid the Class II if you'll be using the hitch for accessories as well as towing.
If you go with the Class III hitch, you'll also need the following:
Ball mount, part # C45030
1-7/8 inch trailer ball # 19260 or 2 inch ball # 63845
Hitch pin, part # PC3
Regardless of which hitch you choose, you'll also need a trailer wiring harness. I'd recommend the Tow Ready # 118482. I've linked to install instructions and vidoes for the hitches and the wiring harness I recommended.
