Recommended Hitch and Wiring Harness for 2015 Toyota Venza

Looking for a tow hitch for my 2015 Venza. I would also like the recommended wire harness to go with it. Most of the time I will be using it with a Bike rack but occasionally I would have a smaller trailer behind it. What are your recommendations?

For your 2015 Toyota Venza the hitch I recommend for you is the Curt # 13356, which is a very popular hitch for your vehicle and our customers who use it have given it a nearly unanimous 5-star review. This is a 2" hitch with a towing capacity of 3,500 lbs and a tongue weight of 350 lbs so you will have no problems using any type of bike rack. I've added a photo of a customer who is using it with a 4-bike Thule rack so you can see how your set up might work.
The wiring harness you'll want is the Curt T-Connector # C56079, which will give you the 4-way connector to use when you are towing. I also recommend checking out Ball Mount Kit # 989900, which may fulfill your towing needs in one tidy package; two ball mounts - one with a 3/4” rise or 2” drop and the other with a 2-3/4” rise or 4” drop - a 1-7/8” hitch ball, a 2” hitch ball and a pin and clip.
