A trailer hitch such as the Draw-Tite # 75663 you referenced can be installed on your 2015 Toyota Venza that has all-wheel drive but there will be specific instructions you need to follow to install the hitch.

If you take a look at the cut out of the installation instructions of this hitch (which are also linked) you can see that you are going to need to remove and then re-install the sway-bar brackets with the use of a spacer block.

I have added a link to a video installation of the Draw-Tite # 75663 hitch being installed on a 2011 Venza that has AWD so you can see exactly how it is done.
