I’ve seen many reviews how the box was literally destroyed when delivered and so was mine. Not sure of the solution of packaging it different but the product was fine and all the hardware was with it. Happy with the purchase.

Fits perfect and did not take long to install. Their installation videos really helped.
I would have given 5-stars, but the driver side mounting flange did not line up with the vehicle mounting holes. I had to bend it about 3/8"-1/2" in toward the vehicle center. Once I did that, it fit perfectly. The installation was very straightforward.
Amazing fit, wonderful quality. Shipped free and paid a reasonable price for hitch. They had two videos for the Toyota venza installation, AWD and FWD. so helpful, 100% recommend. Shipping was as well fast.
I have to say that I was a little skeptical, but I needed a way to pull a trailer with my 2014 Venza. I bit the bullet and ordered the custom hitch and Boy was I surprised! The instructions were great! I had all the tools I needed and I installed it in 1 hr & 10 min. Couldn’t be happier!

Terrific! No regrets. I wish that I would have done it sooner.
Shipper mis handled, box split and seems 2 plates missing. All bolts were taped to hitch so ok. Fit was great to vehicle factory flanges in frame rail.
Used this to move from Kansas to California. It held several hundred pounds for months with no issue. I'm still using it today for smaller hauls. Great product!

Perfect fit for my 2014 Venza :)
Fits perfectly. Solid design. Comes with all needed hardware and information for installation. The trickiest part was removing the stickers that cover up the pre existing welded nuts on the car’s frame.
Very easy install with the videos provided on etrailers website. Overall im very happy with this purchase and would definitely buy for my other vehicles.
