I have the Tow Ready cargo carrier with the tail lights. I need to replace the bulbs but it appears ot ba a sealed unit with no means to open. Do you have replacement units, or a method to replce the bulbs?

You are correct. The light kit, # 20174, for Tow Ready Cargo Carriers, like # 63153, are sealed and there are no replacement bulbs. The lights used in the kit are 6-1/2 inch Oval Trailer Stop, Turn and Tail Light, 3-Function, # ST70RB.
We also have complete replacement light kits. First is the 20174 kit you have referenced. The other is the LED Light Kit for Draw-Tite, Tow Ready, and Rola Railed Cargo Carriers, # 98174LED. The only difference is that the 98174LED light kit uses LEDs and not bulbs.
