Question:
I have a 2016 Sprinter 144 2500 with the stock step. The Hitch with this setup looks like the Draw-Tite 75601 which does sit lower than a vehicle without the step bumper. With NO Step bumper I Think I a Draw-Tite 75549 is what works. My question is, I am thinking about replacing the stock bumper with this low profile bumper from flatlinevanco If the bumper was changed, can I use the 75549? Thank you

Hi Travis; what you linked was a rear step. I don't have a way to know if the # 75549 (for standard bumper) or # 75601 (for step bumper) will fit with that FVCO step. The step looks like it fits a standard bumper so I suppose it is possible, but you will also need to get the instructions from FVCO to find out where it installs.
They don't list the instructions on the website so I'm not sure where it attaches or if it would be in the way. Honestly the best thing to do is reach out to FVCO and see if they have had people successfully install a hitch with that step. I'm assuming you plan to replace the bumper as well so you could ask them about the bumper and hitch fitment while you're at it.
If they aren't sure, you can email me the instructions, assuming you can get them, and I'll do my best to see if these parts will be compatible with the hitch.

Here is the direct link to the installation guide PDF https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0086/8191/4419/files/SP1101B-sprinter-rear-step-install-guide.pdf?v=1710179470 It looks like the step fits on the Sprinter with a Factory Tow Hitch already installed. Do one of the hitches (Draw-Tite 75601 vs Draw-Tite 75549) sit lower than the other, if so how much lower? Thank you
