Can Trailer Valet Trailer Jack - STC-V211 Be Taken Off Without Removing Mounting Bracket

Question:
I dont want the weight on this for pulling, so would like to be able to take it on and off. Main use would be putting the trailer and and out of the barn. It looks like it could be removed by simply pulling the pin and sliding it off horizontally. Is that right? Thanks

You're correct, you'd remove the pin, and the jack will easily slide right off the pipe mount.
