Question:
How can I tell if I have the correct master cylinder visually for disc brakes ? Not sure if I have T4747100 or DX66FR. The casting markings are identical 23744 per the pictures on your web site so they must share the same casting. I understand the difference is the check valve for the drum brake version , but Im not sure which version I have because its not visible. .

I pulled both the # DX66FR and the # T4747100 that you referenced to check out and found a way for you to determine which you have.
You will need to remove the red plug from the end opposite of the plunger and look down into that hole. If you see what looks like a flat gray disc you have the disc brake master cylinder part # T4747100 . If what you see is a concave metal piece with medium size holes then you are looking at the check valve and you have the drum brake version.
