I have a Dico 10 acturator which is welded onto my trailer, I need to to change the master cyl. What do I have to remove to get to the master cyl.? Do I need to remove the hitch coupler assy.? How do I remove the coupler? Thank you for any information you can provide me.

To replace the master cylinder on your Titan 10 brake actuator you can check out the diagram of the actuator I have attached. In the diagram there are two bolts that are noted you need to loosen to get to the master cylinder. They are part number 20 and 24.
You can use a spray-on lubricant like WD40 to loosen the bolts before removing. Once you get the bolts out you can replace the master cylinder with the # DX66FR you asked about.
You will also need an orifice connector # T1209800 to complete the installation.
