The drawbar seems to have a little too much movement(play) within the hitch. I am hopeful that this additional play will not cause a premature failure of some sort. Overall I would rate the product fair to good because of these concerns.
Perfect. Makes my Honda Accord even mightier. Now it takes me to work. Carries my family and now tows my toys. This 5" rise drawbar levels out the Seadoo's for a smoother ride. If you have a Family car this is perfect for level towing of your toys.

fit to hidden hitch was a little snug, but a little white grease took car of that. I wish I could have found a 1 1/4 inch drawbar with a 7 inch rise but alas it was not to be found.
I just can't believe my order was here the next day. I ordered it in the late afternoon on Monday and it was here Tuesday before 3:00. I was in disbelief but ecstatic. It was exactly what I ordered. I built a tiny sleeper and am getting it ready to take camping. I will take pictures after i install the receiver, ball, and pin. I was worried I wouldnt get it before the weekend. The Curt class 1 drawbar is great well made and arrived very quick and well packed. I would recommend e-trailer to my friends for any trailer items they need. Customer service was great very helpful and polite.

Made well , But very loose fit , there's a ton of play when inserted into the hitch , I could understand if it was two different makers, but there both Curtis products !!
Exactly what I ordered. Video with dimensions was very helpful. Purchased for a 2007 Chevy HHR 2LT with a curt class I hitch. There is about 2-3in clearance between the rear bumper and the back of the ball mount.
Fitment is good. Not great. Since the Curt receiver is for a Curt hitch I would hope for better tolerances. Makes noise when trailering due to movement in receiver even with good pin. Strong and easy to mount ball.
Hitch arrived fast and secure in nice packaging. The bolt holes lined up perfectly and was in installed in a matter of minutes using one ratcheting wrench. I can now fully utilize my Subaru WRX to tow and haul my toys. I stood on the hitch and bounced to check for flex, there was virtually none with my weight of 240lbs. Great product and company.
Love etrailer.com. Ordered two hitches one a class 1, for my bike rack the other a class 2 to tow a small utility trailer. Etrailer contacted me just to make sure I didn't make a mistake in ordering. Super!, Customer Service. The items came fast and was just as discribed. I've owned 2 jetski's, 2 pickups, 2 cars and thanks to Etrailer they have outfitted me with everything I needed to tow and haul with. This unit was used on a trike to clear the back end and correctly position at the ball height for a tent trailer. It was excellent! Great quality and delivered as advertised.

This hitch has performed flawlessly.
Keeps the trailer nice and level if you do some simple measuring. Took a bright yellow paint stick and wrote on it "CHAINS" so my son and I don't forget to hook up the safety chains.
Excellent Product just as described. It fits perfectly on my Toyota Corolla 2010. Perfect to Tow my jet ski.
I bought this hitch with the reciever for pulling my jon boat with my car . The 5 inch rise worked perfect for my . It seems strong and sturdy for what I am using it for . Perfect for pulling smaller trailers with a car.

After using the 5 inch rise for a year now, it works perfect for pulling my boat with my Prius. Definitely recommend this hitch.
This product is as advertised. Unfortunately I had to order it as a replacement for the draw bar I originally ordered because the original didn't have enough length to sufficiently clear the bumper. This draw bar clears the bumper with space to spare, and was the only option we could find with both the length and rise to fit my Mazda. Overall I am satisfied to have found a draw bar that would work for me, even if it took two tries.
The Curt Class I Drawbar - 5" Rise - 11-9/16" Long is perfect for my 2013 Kia Soul. I needed the rise to level my boat trailer and the length got it back away from back of kia soul. Very nice drawbar.Kia soul tows my 14 ft boat very well with this setup. Etrailer is great to help you get the right parts,and very quick getting them to you
The C45025 provides the perfect extension and rise for my 3010 4WD Mule, allowing it to tow my wood splitter. The cargo bed can be raised to it's service (latched) position without the tailgate contacting the 2" ball I installed. This drawbar is made in the US of A, folks, of solid, not tubular, steel, and the fit and finish are excellent! Order a hitch pin, if you need one, as this bar does not come with one.
This drawbar was exactly what I needed with the 5" rise. I use it to tow my boat. My car is low to the ground so the rise was just what I needed. The drawbar is very durable as well. When I was out on my boat a hit and run was done on my trailer. The trailer was pushed into my car and both were moved about 3 feet forward. The drawbar didn't break in half. It was bent but it prevented any damage to the rear of my car because of the quality construction of the drawbar.

There are tolerances for both the hitch receiver and the ball mount, so there often is some play between the hitch receiver and accessories. An anti-rattle device like the Roadmaster Quiet Hitch # RM-061-125 is a great option to keep your ball mount tight inside your hitch receiver.
