Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a look at the bearing kit for the 1000 pound to 2200 pound axles that have the one inch diameter spindles. Now the 1000 pound to 2200 pound axles, they come in two common bearing combinations. Now it depends on the spindle that was used. Your hubs and axle could require either 2LL4643 bearings or the 2L44649 bearings. There's only about a one 16th of an inch difference in the spindle diameter that these two bearings fit.
So it's very important to make sure you choose the correct replacement bearings. This kit here is for the axle that uses the smaller one inch diameter spindle and the 2L44643 bearings. Now if you do need the bearing kit, that fits the larger 1.06 diameter spindle and the 2LLR2L44649 bearings, that would be a part number of VK1-150. We do sell that separately on our website. Now this kit here makes it easy 'cause there's no need to have to search for separate components.
This is an all inclusive bearing kit. It will include one inner bearing and the bearing race, one outer bearing and the bearing race. And as we mentioned, both those are the same bearing size. Comes with the double lip grease seal and the cotter pin. Now if you do want the part numbers for these parts, it is located on the product page of this part number.
Now this assembly is designed to save you time and ensure that you have everything needed for a proper installation. And this bearing kit is a versatile solution compatible with popular brands like Lippert and Dexter axles. But that should do it for a look at the bearing kit for the 1000 pound to 2200 pound axles with the one inch diameter spindles.

Needed some bearings and seals for hubs. They had a package that had everything I needed and it was very inexpensive. I'll go back and buy some other items that I need only because it looks like pricing is great which is a big driver on these small items

I was able to easily install bearings. They arrived as expected. I put over 500 miles on this set of bearings with no issues. I towed my trailer last fall for opening day of duck season with confidence knowing I had new bearings!!!

No issues works as expected. Trailer sat over the winter and I inspected the rear seal and outer bearing. The bearing was holding up great and did not show any signs of pitting.
The bearing kit seemed to work out just fine. I put everything together today. The only thing I wondered about was the relatively small cotter pins, but they still worked all right. Before I placed the order, I was having difficulty identifying the seals. I could not find a match anywhere for numbers on the old ones. After calipering everything and talking to you by phone, your advice for the 34823 seal was correct. Thanks for your technical help and providing a good quality product.

I installed these on both sides of my 13 year old Carry-On 4x8 2000# utility trailer. Install went smooth and it was an exact fit. This kit has the same components as the Carry-On #501 1in spindle bearing replacement kit but at 1/2 the price.

The bearing kits look great and were very easy to re- assemble. The parts were shipped quickly and the price for the kits were very reasonable. I've bought other parts (angled ball hitch) and the products are always the highest quality. You can count on quality and good prices from etrailer every time!!!!

Bearings are great, trip to Canada and back, never even got barely warm. The angled hitch also puts my trailer at perfect height. Great products!!

These bearing and seal sets were easy to install and fit like a glove. I have only used the trailer a dozen times or so since installing them, but, it was always for high speed highway driving. There was no leakage from the seals and using Bearing Buddies they do have some minor pressure on them. I own 3 trailer of different sizes and I used these sets on them all with no problems. Great product for the price!

Can't beat the prices and product selection. I was able to get bearings, races and seals to do two hubs for what I would have paid to do one locally. Although the bearing kits were made in China, they appeared to be a better quality bearing than the China bearings I removed from the hubs. No issues with packaging or shipping. Not only can one find parts here but, lots of good info and support as well.

The trailer I installed the parts on belongs to my 93 yr old neighbor. Needless to say, it is used very little. He and his son were planning on using it and wanted me to check it out before doing so. Thats when I discovered the need for new bearings and seals. He also wanted it road worthy for any of the neighbors that might need to borrow it. However, what time it has been used, it has done exceptionally well. Very smooth and quiet and although I had a bit of difficulty getting the pigtail to plug into the connection on the truck, all lights are working for the first time in many years. The Yates spool roller is a heavy duty replacement roller that matches the one i am replacing on my boat trailer. I also am replacing the wheel bearings and seals with the 1inch L44643 bearings and 34823 seals. Replacement went great , great fit fast service from etrailer and great prices.

no problems, these are on a12 inch wheel on boat trailer.
I ordered 2 sets of bearings for a small utility trailer. The bearings were received quickly. The bearings appeared to be of good quality and fit perfectly. I saved a considerable amount of money shopping at etrailer after pricing local parts. The sets included races, bearings, seal and cotter pin. I taught my grandson how to install the bearings. Good parts and good memories.

One year later all the parts are working just like new.
etrailer delivered these bearings very quickly. The bearings seem to be every bit the quality of the Timken bearings I was replacing, at less than half the price. Due to the price, I was able to rebuild 2 hubs for less than the cost of 1 Timken kit. I haven't used the trailer much since replacing the bearings, so I can't comment on their durability, but they seem to be doing the job. The next time I need trailer parts, etrailer will be the first place I look.

No issues a year later the bearings are holding up great
Last week I started thinking about my kayak trailer and what repairs needed to be completed before the spring and summer usage.
In 2011 I converted a small sailboat trailer to a two place kayak trailer. I ordered bearing kits wheels and tires at that time from e trailer. Every year I pull the wheels and grease the bearings and I install new grease seals. Last year when I was doing my maintenance I found that the bearing races were lightly rusted and pitted because the trailer was buried under a large snowfall. The bearings were fine and I cleaned up the races with steel wool. I decided I would replace everything come winter. I ordered bearing caps to replace my old dented caps hoping that this will keep the bearings dryer. I made a place in the garage to keep the trailer from the weather.
I placed a call to you guys and was greeted by a very friendly voice on the other end of the phone. Brandon was able to find my past order saving me time and effort. (My filing system could be better.) He was able to e-mail me copies of my previous orders and shortly there after I placed my order on line for new bearing kits and a few extra seals and well you know the rest.
