Question:
I have a 2010 triton xt12-101 trailer for hauling my snowmobiles and am wanting to get a bearing kit to carry with me in case of trouble. Which kit do I need?

Hey Logan! Based on the GVWR of the 2010 Triton XT12-101 it probably has a 2k axle. However, we don't have a way of identifying the exact axle without the axle tag.
That axle capacity typically has a straight spindle but there are two different possible bearing combinations. If it is a 1" BT8 spindle you need # BK1-100 which comes with # L44643 inner and outer bearings. If the measurement is 1.063" you need # BK1-150 which has # L44649 inner and outer bearings.
Can you send me a picture of your axle tag? I can use that information to identify the spindle on the axle. If the tag is worn or missing you will need to pull off your hub and look for part numbers on the bearings or measure the spindle to identify it.

Hey Logan, did you get a chance to check your axle tag or measure the spindle on your Triton trailer? Once you know which bearings you have, it’ll be easier to confirm the right kit to carry as a spare. Let me know what you find—I’m happy to help narrow it down.
