Looking for a bearing kit for my Dexter 8-259 hubs.

Most of the 8-259 Dexter hubs use L44649 inner and outer bearings. For that you would need bearing kit # BK1-150. The seal included with this kit has an inner diameter of 1.50 inches. I have linked a video showing an example installation.

My dexter hub 8-259 already has a taper inside. Am I to assume I need to have them removed? Also,the bearings in this kit,are they 1 inch id? This has been a pain in the butt trying to find what I need. Im really hoping I found the correct kit.
