Recieved on time but unfortunately could not use on my trailer setup. Tried returning but it's over the return date and I have no use for them. Otherwise seems to be a good product
Everything works and fits as required. Shackles were a little rough around the edges from the stamping process so I cleaned them up a little with my side grinder and a flapper wheel, didn't need to, I just like stuff perfect. Overall very good and very useable especially for the money.
Product arrived just as described and very quickly. This kit was a great way to drop the springs on our trailer enough for the axle to be put on correctly.
I inherited an aluminum trailer that ended up needing a complete overhaul and etrailer was the best resource I could have found. After researching extensively to find out what I needed and watching their videos on how to do it I ended up ordering an EZ-lube axle, galvanized hubs, springs and a hanger kit (in other words everything from the frame down).
Everything shipped quickly and arrived in great shape. All the parts worked perfectly and I couldn't be happier!

The shipment arrived sooner than expected, the hanger kit was also included in the shipment with leaf springs I bought which arrived in a heavy duty box with very good packaging. As for the hanger kit it is heavy duty thicker gauge compared to the one currently on my utility trailer and will also raise my box. With beefing up my suspension I'll be able to carry a heavier load with my current axle.
The axle hanger kit arrived today. I have done a dry setup; everything fits as expected.

Same review as on other parts that came together: I ordered several things from Etrailer, all of which were great quality. There was a problem though...I did order online and reversed house number by accident and order didn’t arrive as anticipated. That said, even though shipping was my goof, Etrailer (Natalie and George) contacted the shipper, ran it down, corrected my error, and I got my items the same day. Packaged and well secured. Just the right size. I got this kit to supplement a folding trailer package I had similar to Harbour Freight. Modifications to add to the frame needed to be done. The smaller hangers did not fit the spring size though. Will keep for future use on another project.

Haven't installed it yet, but the components appear to be good quality. A little surprised that there are no actual spring bushings?? Maybe that's normal for trailer springs? Looks like a thin wrap of Teflon? or something. Anyway fast shipping and good packaging.
Heather A - 11/19/2020The hangers look good and I believe they will do a great job. I need to move my axle back on my trailer so it will be able to haul some weight. It is a dump style body and can't handle weight, only on the front of the trailer. So I am going to move the axle back about 6 to 8 inches. The tracking info on the kit was great... ALL gratitude goes to your company...

I bought springs, mounts and Tailight kit to fix up a rusty utility trailer. I cut, weld scraped and painted for the better part of a month in spare time. The springs and mounting instructions on e trailer are excellent. Only issue/shortcoming are the tail lights. Wire just pushes in and spring loaded strip holds them. I soldered and sealed the connection with silicone. So far that salt covered roads haven't hurt it in winter. The folks at etrailer are very helpful and prices are a good value.
Good quality parts. Everything that I ordered and received was exactly as shone and fit perfectly. Customer service is outstanding. I would highly recomend etrailer to anyone repairing, or building a trailer.
It has been over a year since I had rebuilt my trailers using parts purchased at etrailer.
