Thanks for the pics! Since you have a very unique slipper spring setup best option is new leaf springs and hangers that are more standard in dimension. Since your springs are 26 inches long and you have a 1,250 lb capacity the spring you'd want is the part # e77SR which is also 26 inches long. Then for a single axle hanger kit you'd want the part # APS4 and you'd have a new setup that would work well.

I need to replace the leaf springs on my uncle 1996 Model#C1820 Max loaf cap 3500lb calkins boat trailer. Kindly advise which size I should order and also I can use other brand for calkins trailer as well.

To pick out the right replacements you'll need to measure the existing leaf springs on your Calkins trailer. Measure the length from the center of one eye/hole to the center of the other. If you can tell me this length I'll be happy to recommend a replacement.

@NaokiM Thanks for the info! The closest option we have is the 4-Leaf # e54SR, which has an eye-to-eye length of 25-1/8". If your existing springs are pretty old it's not uncommon for them to be stretched out from wear, so this could be why the measurement you took is longer. Did you by chance jack up the trailer (taking weight off the springs) when taking this measurement?
