What is the distance for spring hangers with 25 1/4 springs, 3500lb. overslung axle. New project. You guys are the best.

With a 25-1/4 inch leaf spring using a single axle hanger kit like the part # APS4 the correct hanger spacing would be 24-7/8 inches.

Where do you measure from? Is that off center or 25 7/8 in between the hangers? This is my first time to do this so I want to make sure I do it correctly. Thanks
