Is There A 35.5" Double Eye Leaf Spring Available?

Question:

I am looking for 35.5 double eye leaf springs. Yes 35.5 I have measured them over and over I am positive they are 35.5 . I can not find them anywhere please tell me you know where I can get them .

Those are some very unusual leaf springs, Thomas.

The longest double eye springs we currently carry are 27" long, which are WAY too short. Even with slipper style springs, we have either some 30-1/2" options or a 44-1/8" option for a 22,500 pound axle (probably not what you are looking for).

I did a bunch of searching around the web, but also came up dry. Is this an older or homemade trailer by chance?

And, would you be interested in cutting off your current hangers and putting on new ones? I saw you were looking at the Single-Axle Trailer Hanger Kit for Double-Eye Springs - 3-1/4" Front, 1-1/4" Rear # APS4. This is honestly the way I would go as you could get a much more common sized leaf spring.

@ThomasS Had a feeling it was something like that. A lot of times with stuff like this, there is a very high likelihood that truck/vehicle leaf springs are used. There isn't anything wrong with that, but it does make finding replacements a lot more difficult. I know it's a bummer to have to cut the old ones off and weld new ones on, but I do think you will have an easier time of it if you replace the hangers and go with a more common size for the leaf spring.
