Question:

I need two axles 62 3/4” hub face to hub 45 3/4 spring center face with hydraulic brakes springs, hangers, and tires. It’s for a horse drawn wagon if you have something already made with in an inch or two of them measurements they would work thank you

Hello James, thanks for reaching out. The closest thing we have to that would be Trailer Idler Axle Beam with Easy Grease Spindles # e48GR. This is a 60" hub face 48" spring center and is rated for 2,000 lbs. It does not have a brake flange though so those would have to be added separately by an axle shop. Sadly, we do not have anything that matches your specs exactly.

We do carry the hydraulic brakes, leaf springs, tires and hangers. We can definitely provide all of that but there is no all inclusive kit that comes with everything. We would need to look at your application and have you mock up your suspension. Then once you know what axle you are using you have to make sure the springs match the axle capacity, and that they are the appropriate length.

A Hanger kit like part # APS4 would work well for a single axle application.

What kind of weight capacity are you needing?

If you are needing an axle made to your specs, I suggest you reach out directly to an axle manufacturer like Dexter.

Hey James, did you have a chance to reach out to an axle manufacturer like Dexter for a custom solution? I'm curious to know how it worked out for your horse-drawn wagon, as it could help others facing a similar challenge.
