I had a great experience with etrailer.

by:

This part came with the trailer hitch I purchased.

It was very easy to transfer the ball from my 2" hitch and voila I am now ready to haul my trailer.

am extremely satisfied with the products I purchased. I use theTow Hitch almost daily for my bicycle rack and a trailer I have to tow. The installation was a quick and easy. I have recommended your website to about 20-25 people over the past year. Hopefully you received some business from my recommendations. Thanks for following up. Not all companies take the time.

Excellent customer service & support! Bought for my 2013 Honda Fit and plan to trailer my Yamaha Tenere motorcycle around North America! Very happy with hitch.

Some opinion even after a year of yse!!! Very well made and heavy duty!!!

by:

Fits and works well.

by:

Right Height fits great

by:

I was completely satisfied and very impressed thoughout my first experience with etrailer.com. The website provided exactly the educational material I need to correctly order the products. My order was unexpectedly upgraded for faster shipment, at no cost. The only glitch was the pin and clip were missing. After calling customer service they gave me several options. I bought the pin locally and etrailer.com promptly credit my account for my cost. I'm glad I found etrailer.com and heartily recommend them!

by:

Not very happy with getting a used or returned ball mount from etrailer.com, should not have any rust or dents when I buy a new one. Sending a mail to customer service for a RA#, hopefully they will correct this problem. The wiring harness I order was the other item I ordered and it was in good shape. My experience with them has been up to this point excellent.

by:

If it was not for etrailer, I would not have the hitch installed in a expedient manner. [towing company] could not come through with a installation or a hitch. Very grateful etrailer and my hitch in stock

by:

Worked great

by:

The drop configuration is practically unusable with my Chevy Volt having low ground clearance. But works well with the rise, though i could use another inch for the trailer i have.. I use both 1-7/8" and 2" ball with this drawbar and no issues in 10 or so uses.

by:

Fantastic, Carol. Everything went together beautifully. Just need to register the trailer, get a little practice driving with it and start hauling.

by:

I bought this as part of the tow package for a Honda Fit. It has the rise I needed to match my trailer. I couldn't be happier with the e-trailer experience.

by:

Don’t fit!

by:

Sending you a pic of my lights I got from you and the hitch with the full wiring system. All works great. Thank you so much. Now it's time to go riding!!

by:

Worked great to keep the uhaul trailer I towed level even with lowering springs on my 2017 Mazda 3 Touring

by:

Easy to use and haven't had any trouble towing my small trailer with motorcycle on board. Def recommend.

by:

I did not give a 5-star because although it stated when I purchased the hitch set up it would accommodate to e-bikes, it was too short. I had to have a longer bar special made to fit our two e-bikes.

by:

HEAVY DUTY

by:

Exactly as described, fit perfect. Seen here with ball and receiver.

by:

New condition, as it should be.

by:

I needed a hitch receiver for a 2016 kia soul i am using for the time being to pull a small trailer and for my bike rack. My 15 year old son helped me install it no problem and it works great. Saved me a bunch of money!

by:

Fits perfectly to a VW ID4. It is essentially the only drawbar I could find that fits the ID4 specification of being up to 7 inch long and not more than 2 inch rise. In raised position it is very close to the bumper but does not touch.

The hitch pin was not included in the package. It was not an issue for me because I already had a pin. Also, I think that the ID4 require a bit longer pin than the one shown in the picture.

by:

An extremely easy to use hitch with easy on-off for anyone to use.

  • Recommended Hitch for a 2023 Mazda 3 Hatchback
I just heard back from Curt and the correct hitch for a 2023 Mazda 3 Hatchback is the Curt Trailer Hitch item # C98BR. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Mazda with included hardware. This is a class I hitch with a 1-1/4" receiver. I have attached a couple of pictures below so you can see what this hitch looks like once installed. If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # 118808 and the Draw-Tite Drawbar item # 3593 and then for hitch balls item...

  • Differences Between Trailer Hitches for 2022 Chevy Bolt EV
Both the EcoHitch # 306-X7359 and the Draw-Tite # DT47GR are partially concealed once installed. The only visible portion of the hitch will be the receiver tube and safety chain loops, with the remainder of the hitch being concealed behind the vehicle's bumper. The EcoHitch # 306-X7359 features a 2 inch receiver tube, so if you're needing the hitch for a hitch mounted accessory designed for a 2 inch hitch, this would be the hitch you'd want to use. The Draw-Tite # DT47GR has a 1-1/4 inch...

  • Does the Heat Shield Have to Be Removed to Install the Curt C23HR on a 2021 Hyundai Sonata?
I can confirm that the heat shield will have to be removed to install the Curt Trailer Hitch item # C23HR on your 2021 Hyundai Sonata. The heat shield mounts on the frame where the trailer hitch will sit so it has to go. I have attached a screenshot below from the instructions so you can see this step. All the heat shield does is block the heat from the muffler. Once the hitch is in its place the steel does a far superior job of keeping exhaust heat away from your car. If you are planning...

The best hitch for your 2023 Honda HR-V is going to be the Curt Trailer Hitch item # C68DR. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Honda with included hardware. I really like this hitch because it mounts between the bumper bar and your bumper cover. This conceals everything but the 1-1/4" receiver. This is a class I hitch with a 1-1/4" receiver. Hey Marc! Between the Curt item # C11496 and the Draw-Tite item # 24899, I would go with the Draw-Tite Hitch item # 24899 because you see less of it after it's installed. Functionally, they both install in the same way and have the same capacities. The Draw-Tite is just tucked back in farther beneath your Acura. • What Ball Mount is Needed For 15 Inch Hitch Height With Draw-Tite Receiver 24872 on 2014 Ford Focus?
When we installed the Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver # 24872 on a 2014 Ford Focus Hatchback in our shop we found the receiver height to be 10-3/4" from the ground. The Draw-Tite Drawbar # 3593 gives you a 2-1/8" rise so that would only give you a height of 12-7/8". Instead you should use the Drawbar # 3594 with a 4" rise and the 1-7/8" Ball # 19256.
