No. Electric vehicles in general are not flat towable, and Tesla specifically prohibits flat towing for their models. According to Tesla’s owner’s manuals, you should NEVER allow your tires to spin while transporting your vehicle. Doing so can cause overheating, severe damage, and even fire hazards in some cases. (It will also void your warranty, but this will likely be the least of your problems.)

For transportation purposes, Tesla recommends flatbed trucks or dollies that allow all four wheels to remain off the ground. Your best bet for taking your Tesla on your next camping trip is to drive it alongside your motorhome or to tow it behind the motorhome via a flatbed trailer.
