I called to place my order and real person answered, spoke perfect English, albeit a slight southern accent, and my order was sent within a day, shipped quickly and I had it a few days later. I saved over a hundred dollars over local and installed it my self. I cant imagine how that they could do any better. THANKS!

RV Steps with Fold-Down 19-1/2 Inch Step
Step in with confidence using a fold-down step that deploys easily and tucks away when you're done. The 19-1/2 inch wide step lets you match tread size to your doorway. For a comfy climb and proper fit, measure your door frame and entry height, then choose 2 or 3 steps and the rise/drop that suits you—rise/drop is the height between steps.
Choose a step count and rise that match your entry height to limit big drops. Use the adjustable feet to level on uneven ground and improve steadiness. If adding a handrail, check your loading needs; a handrail can limit the ability to load larger items through the door. Some designs let you pull a hinge pin to swap or remove steps when needed.
Match the step count and rise to your entry height. Measure from the top of the doorway threshold to the ground, then choose the step rise that fits; an 8" rise/drop means 8" between steps and a 9" rise/drop means 9" between steps. Also confirm your door frame width from flange to flange. If your entry is short, a 3-step may be too tall; if it's taller, an extra step can make the last drop easier.
Confirm your mounting panel style and measure from the hinge line to position the stairs correctly. Some installs need small trailer adjustments, like moving a screen door up about 3/16" or drilling out rivets and removing a threshold mount. If instructions don't match your panel, measure and align carefully to the existing brackets or hinge pin.
Yes, adding a Fold-Down Step with an extra step reduces the drop and makes climbing in smoother. Owners noticed it's easier on bad joints and pets trust the steps more. Look for models with adjustable feet and good traction to help steady the trailer and reduce bounce on uneven ground.
