Video Transcript for Review of Bargman Trailer Wiring - Trailer Connectors - BA68HR

Hi, everyone. Steve here with etrailer.com. Today we're looking together at our Bargman Replacement 7-Way Blade Trailer Wiring Harness. It comes with a molded seven-way plug and color-coordinated wires as well, for easy installation. So folks, this is a weather-resistant design. Everything here is gonna match up with your seven-way connection at the back of your vehicle you're towing the trailer with.

It's gonna plug in tight. You have finger-holds here so that you can pull out the molded connector here. And again, it's a seven-way, or a seven-blade style, some people call them. And again, it's a one-piece in a nice jacketed wire, 12 feet long or 144 inches. And you have, again, the seven wires needed, and they are color-coordinated.

So you have some 10-gauge, 12-gauge, and 14-gauge wires, depending on the kind of load that they need to carry for all your trailer functions. So again, folks, a simple replacement harness. Everything is nice and water-tight. You will need some butt connectors. I recommend heat-shrinking butt connectors, sold separately, or possibly even ring terminals if you have a junction box on your trailer.

Now if you don't have a junction box, you might look into that, sold separately. It's a simple plastic box you'd mount on the front tongue of the trailer, or up high if it's a gooseneck trailer, maybe, or a fifth-wheel, and that allows you to quickly and easily change out a damaged plug in the future, versus having to worry about butt connectors and those kind of things. So multiple options, reach out to us. We have all the options here for you. That's gonna wrap it up.

I'm Steven, thanks for watching.
