Upgrade your triple-axle trailer with rubberized equalizers that reduce chucking and road shock, protecting your RV, cargo, and sanity when rough roads start acting like goblins.
Expansion joints, patched pavement, and rough campground roads can send sharp jolts through your triple-axle suspension fast enough to rattle cabinets and shift cargo. These Equa-Flex equalizers use a rubberized cushioning design that absorbs part of that impact before it transfers through your trailer, keeping the ride calmer when the road turns rough.
Heavy triple-axle trailers can develop hard fore-and-aft surging that keeps pushing and pulling on the tow vehicle during uneven highway travel. The cushioned equalizer movement softens those suspension transitions instead of passing every movement straight through the leaf springs, which cuts down on the constant jerking feeling behind your truck.
Suspension upgrades only work properly when the equalizer geometry matches your existing setup. This kit is designed for short triple-axle trailers with double-eye leaf spring suspension and axle ratings from 5,000 lbs to 8,000 lbs, giving your trailer the correct replacement layout instead of forcing universal-fit compromises.
Suspension work gets longer fast when every component still needs prep before installation starts. Each Equa-Flex sub-unit arrives with bronze bushings pre-installed, so your equalizers are ready to mount once the old hardware comes off your trailer.
Road spray, gravel, and constant suspension movement wear down exposed trailer components quickly. Steel construction paired with a black powder coat gives these equalizers added protection against corrosion and surface wear, keeping your suspension hardware in service through repeated towing seasons.

Hi, everybody, Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look at this Lippert Equa-Flex Rubberized Equalizer Kit. Now, if you're towing a heavy triple axle RV or trailer and you wanna smoother ride, this suspension upgrade is going to be designed to reduce the harsh impacts and movement that are common with traditional equalizers. This system uses rubberized Equa-Flex equalizers that absorb road shock before it travels through the suspension and into the trailer. So I'm trying to give you a view of the the rubber piece here. So that means less vibration transfer to the RV, cargo, and contents inside.
It's also gonna help reduce the fore to aft chucking or surging sensation that can occur when towing over rough pavement, expansion joints, or uneven roads, making for a more controlled and comfortable towing experience overall. This kit is specifically designed for shorter, triple axle trailers, equipped with double eye leaf spring suspension and axles rated between 5,000 and 8,000 pounds. This serves as a direct replacement for standard cast equalizers, allowing you to upgrade your suspension without making major modifications. Durability is also a key feature. These equalizers are built from steel and they're finished with the black powder-coat to help resist corrosion.
So they're gonna hold up really well. They're gonna do a great job of resisting road spray and everyday wear during long distance travel. For installation, this kit is completely bolt-on. There's no drilling or welding required. It includes exactly what you see here for Equa-Flex subunits with bronze bushings inside.
They're already installed, so it's gonna help simplify the setup process. And I do wanna pop-up, hopefully you can see that image on the box. There was an image of some measurements that I thought it would be easier just to show you those measurements on the screen there in case you we inchesre wondering about some of the key measurements there on this set. So that's there for you on your screen to take advantage of. Do keep in mind that suspension mounting kits, shackles, bolts, and other installation hardware are sold separately from this kit.
And if you do need those, you will have to pick those up. But we do have those items here at etrailer as well if you're in need of that. If you want help with installation, on this product page, typically found underneath the photo section, we have a link that will take you to our installer locator. Click that link and answer the questions that it has for you and that locator will find an installer in your area that etrailer has partnered with to install this for you. Well again, my name is Andy. Thank you for joining me.
