Jeff: Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're going to take a look at this replacement prime inner slide for the Demco DA91 actuators. Now, this part will replace the inner slide on your Demco DA91 brake actuator, and the inner slide is the section of the brake actuator that actually slide inside the actuator and applies the force to the master cylinder to apply the brakes on the trailer. Just want to take a closer look, you can see this as an adjustable channel here on the slide that allows for ultimate versatility. You can mount almost any type of coupler, which we do sell separately, from a standard ball coupler, to a lunette ring or clevis attachment to fit your application. In addition, this one offers five mounting positions to let you adjust the height of the coupler. You just placed the coupler so that it matches the height of the ball Mount or your hitch attachment on your tow vehicle, and you'll be able to tow your trailer level.
This one has a nice prime finish to it. I'll Give you a few measurements on this, the coupler height on this if we measure from the very bottom to the top It's going to be right at 12 inches. The inside width, where the coupler will slide into is going to be right at three inches, and the mounting hole dimensions on this, in other words, the distance between the mounting holes center to center It's going to be right at two inches. But that should do it for the review on the replacement primed inner slide for the Demco DA91 actuators.
