  I looked up pictures of the taillights that are on the 3110 Featherlite trailers and for the LED version of them you would want the part # STL36RB and # STL37RB. It looks like the spare tire mounts for your trailer are something you would have to get from Featherlite though as they aren't like anything we carry.

  You would need the heat shrink tubing for 18 to 14 gauge wire # DW05452 for trailer tail light # STL37RB. On a boat trailer I would not use crimp style connectors like butt connectors because the chance that a wire could pull out due to broken strands is enough of a deterrent for me personally. I would make the splices needed, then use some liquid electrical tape, # SWC50122, and follow that up with the heat shrink tubing. That would ensure a tight, waterproof connection.

This is a left hand side light and not all trailers have the license plate on the left side (though it is most common on the left) so the addition of a bracket would not work for all applications so it isn't included.
