The combination of an e-coat base and a powder coat finish provides excellent rust protection.Perfect fit and works great with my 4 bike Hollywood bike rack. However, the receiver tube face was not flush with the tube itself and required filing off about 1 millimeter of metal on one side to insert the rack mount. At first I thought I was doing something wrong but it became clear there was something blocking. Once I filed it down a little, worked great. A minor defect and I don't feel this is representative of typical etrailer quality.
Hitch has worked great! I wish it was a bit more streamlined with the rear bumper but the hitch functions as designed so 5 stars.
This is my 2nd time purchasing and installing a hitch receiver. The first installation was a similar product purchased on another site for a 2013 Toyota Sienna. While the quality of the product itself was great the installation was tough due to an incredibly tight fight. It took my brother-in-law and I some time to align it well enough to get a bolt in place. I assumed this receiver would also be tough to install and was pleasantly surprised when the clearance was smooth and I was able to install on my own (with the help of a toolbox to prop up the other side). Great product, easy installation.

As far as delivery, product accuracy and difficulty level of install: 5 star!! I GAVE IT 4 STAR overall AS I HAVENT TRIED HER OUT WITH WEIGHT YET but im sure itll get the extra star.... WITH THAT SAID:
INSTALL: super easy. Directions could be clearer but whatever, thats what pictures and videos are for. Vid on website under product explains it very well. Didnt need to lift up the van to get access to underbody. Ground clearance gave enough room to do it without using a ramp or jacking the car up.
It was an easy install! The connection for the wiring is actually behind the left side storage compartment in the back. I would give it five stars but the hitch blocks the rear hatch kick sensor.
Hitch install wasn’t bad and I like the look, fit, and capacity. Mine arrived with the powder coat flaking off in several spots. I was able to touch up with paint and primer but a brand new hitch should have powder coat well applied and secure on the metal.
Great quality very strong. video showed me exactly how to install used torque wrench to torque to specifications it was easy to install.
I was done with this in under 30 minutes! Super easy!!!

Thank you for the photo. Those brackets look flexed and there are a few ways to remedy this. You can use a step or a vise. Please follow the steps in this help article:

A lot of the weight is in the tongue, so the hitch pitches forward making installation a little tricky. Directions indicate trim piece to remove is on the passenger side, but it's actually on the driver's side. It's obvious once you look and not a complicated installation. Hitch does not affect operation of foot triggered lift gate - a huge plus.
Fit great. Slight modification was needed for a piece of plastic trim underneath but it was all laid out and explained well on how to do it. Hardest part for me was torquing the bolts to proper spec, but we got her done
Worked as advertised! Very sturdy. I use it for a swing out Yakima rack on my Sienna. We took it down to LA and back after we installed it, 12 hour round trip, worked like a champ.

The trailer hitch Arms must have been bent during shipping because the bolt holes did not line up at all four spots. I contacted each trailer and talked to Vicki and she sent me some information that allowed me to Spring the arms back just enough so that all holes lined up perfectly. I’m sure the product will work very well now that I was able to get it installed. Kind of a pain in the neck, but at least I didn’t have to send the product back. Thank you to Vicki!
Quality hitch and easy to install. I have been disappointed by the reduced ground clearance in the back which has impacted my ability to drive up certain driveways. Hitch may be overkill given the limited towing capacity of Sienna.
Fits perfectly and good instructions made it easy to install by myself.
Solid trailer hitch, works great. Easy to put on. I like that there are places we can attach ratchet straps for our rooftop kayaks too.

Took me roughly 20 minutes to install and it fit perfectly. My foot auto release on the back hatch doesn’t work because the hitch is there but I kinda figured this would be the case. Great product I bought this right when the 2022 Toyota. Vans came out and was worried it wouldn’t fit. No problems at all.
Bought this hitch to install on a brand new Toyota Sienna to tow a fishing boat . The purchase and delivery was easy and swift but condition upon delivery was extremely poor condition . The packaging was not sufficient to protect the hitch thru the delivery process which resulted in numerous scuffs and paint chipped off several places . In addition there appears to be quality control issues where paint was missing around the receiver area and rust had formed . The hitch required sanding and repainting before installation .

Fit great, instructions were clear and over all a great product. However, it was extremely scratched and I had to sand and re spray the paint.

Excellent. Five stars.
Very easy to install, took me about half an hour. Only minor complaint is that there were a few small spots on the hitch that were not powder coated, so I’ll touch those up with enamel. I was also able to trim the underside panel a little more conservatively so as to leave the aft bolt attachement in place. Maybe not a big deal but given that it’s plastic and supposed to protect wiring from salt and road grime, I figured leaving as much intact as possible would be a good thing. etrailer shopping and follow up were great
I don't expect this to be difficult to install, I have installed one on our last sienna. This appears to be just the same. I did receive it with a fair amount of chipped paint on it. I don't believe it was all shipping damage. I was given a partial refund towards purchasing a can of black spray paint.

The hitch receiver is still going strong. We do have some clearance issues due to the new Siennas being really low. Im planning on having a 1-2 lift kit installed to help with clearance.
