I recommend using the SeaSucker Komodo Trunk Bike Rack # 298-BK1910-AB as the Thule Passage Trunk Bike Rack # TH910XT is only rated for bikes up to 35lbs. If you can remove the battery and get the bike weight below the 35lb rating you will be able to use the Thule rack but you may still need a Bike Adapter Bar # RRRBCA021 if your bike does not have the main bar that runs from the seat post to the handlebars.
The SeaSucker is capable of supporting up to 45lbs and will fit your 2022 Toyota Sienna, allowing you to carry your E-bike that weighs 42 lbs. You will need to confirm that your E-bike does use a 9mm front wheel skewer. This carrier is superior to most as it anchors the front fork of your bike as opposed to straps on your frame. You should consider the SeaSucker Cable Anchor # 298-BA0020 so that you can use a Cable Lock # SA981 to secure your bike to your Sienna.
If your E-bike uses a skewer larger than 9mm and you cannot remove any weight from your bike to get to the lower weight you will want to look at using a receiver mounted bike rack like the Thule EasyFold Bike Rack # TH903202. This bike rack has a ramp to make loading your bike much easier. You will need a Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT55MR to be able to use the bike rack. This receiver will also allow you to use other hitch mounted accessories such as cargo carriers. It is rated for a tongue weight up to 675lbs or trailer towing up to 4,500lbs. Be sure to verify your capacities on your Sienna from Toyota and be sure to not exceed the lower of the 2 ratings.
The Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # TK69FR will allow you to use Auxiliary Lighting # C53201 in the event your bike impairs the view of your tail lights on your Sienna. This will ensure that you stay legal and do not risk being held at fault if you were to get rear-ended by another driver.
