The Draw Tite hitch part # DT55MR that fits your 2021 Toyota Sienna is the hitch I would recommend for your 2021 Toyota Sienna over the Curt # C22UR as it has slightly higher towing capacities while being a very similar design. Aside from that the install is going to be the same as well as ground clearance.

If you need trailer wiring as well the best option is the Tekonsha kit part # TK69FR which has an easy install and a very reliable converter box.
