Question:

Hello, Im debating which hitch to buy for a 2021 toyota Sienna XSE hybrid. 2 options are showing available. Do they both enable the hands free kick sensor for the back gate? Thanks

For your 2021 Toyota Sienna XSE Hybrid, I recommend going with the American made Curt # C22UR. Your Sienna Hybrid is rated up to 3,500 pounds towing and 350 pounds of tongue weight capacity, at least that I could find, so the Draw-Tite # DT55MR with its higher weight capacities isn't really needed in this case. The Curt hitch, as with the Draw-Tite, will limit the use of the hands free lift gate sensor to either side of the receiver opening, but it will not negate its use.

Just as a side note, I do also prefer how the Curt looks once installed. I think it looks a little less in your face, so to say, and I included a picture of both of these installed on a 2021 Sienna showing what I mean.
