Hello Boris, thanks for reaching out. In the case of the 2024 Toyota Sienna, all four of the hitches available are structurally, virtually identical. They all bolt on in the same location, they have similar side flanges, and the crosstube/receiver sit in the exact same location.

Curt actually makes our etrailer brand hitches for us, so aside from the matte black powder coat, our etrailer hitch # e56RR is identical to the Curt # C22UR. So you are dealing with three different manufacturers version of the same custom fit hitch. The ground clearance on the base model is right about 11-1/2" for all four hitches.

I have a 2013 Sienna XLE and it rides at about the same height. The hitch is pretty low, but I have never had issues with anything scraping. Then again we are in Missouri so not a lot of steep hills but anyway...

The Draw Tite hitch # DT55MR does have a higher weight rating (4,500 towing 675 tongue weight), but you will still be limited to the towing capacity of your Sienna, which is 3,500 lbs according to the online manual.

All of the hitches will partially block the foot sensor, but it will still function. Basically the hitch receiver blocks the area directly below it, but you can wave your foot on the side of the receiver and it will still activate the sensor.

There will be no bumper modification involved. It will be a very straightforward install. You remove an underbody panel which is held on by 3 screws. You remove the hole plugs covering the factory weldnuts, lift the hitch into position and bolt it on. If you have a set of ramps and an extra pair of hands it will be no trouble at all.

All that said, my current recommendation is the Curt # C22UR since it has the best price at the moment.
