Does Draw Tite Hitch for 2025 Toyota Sienna Have Second Hole for J-Pin
Question:
I just picked up a 2025 Toyota Sienna XSE and I need a hitch. I previously picked up a Draw-Tite brand hitch from eTrailer along with an anti-rattle J-pin and it worked great on a 2010 Honda Odyssey for reducing rattle. I like using the j-pin, but I am unsure if this Sienna model has the extra hole needed. There are multiple installation videos for this product. In your 2022 installation video, the hole is obviously there. In your 2024 installation video, the hole is not visible. In the 2022 video, you can see the hole at the very start of the video and about 30 seconds in, you can see which hole is used for the pin. In the 2024 video, starting at 3:10 you can see a reflection in the paint of the pin where the hole should be. If I order this hitch now, will I get the version with the extra hole for the j-pin?

Hey Herman, this is a really great question but Draw Tite does not still put that second hole in the hitch tube for the j-pin style anti rattle devices anymore because they stopped making the J-pin. Older videos and pictures might still show the second hole but the current design does not have them any more. I'm glad you liked the J-pin system but overall it just wasn't super popular and since it only worked on one brand of hitch it seemingly just didn't do well enough for them to keep it.
