The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C92UR has a clean look once it is installed.
According to the linked instructions you will need to slightly trim the bumper and the fascia. I have attached a copy of the installation instructions and an installation video to help you see what is required.
If you let me know what you will be using this for on the 2019 Honda Civic that you input for your vehicle, I can make additional recommendations as necessary.

Jon, I have a 2020 Honda Civic Hatchback. I am very concerned about having the bumper and fascia trimmed to get this installed correctly. Is this going to look good or is it going to ruin the look of my brand new car? Thanks
