Parts Needed to Carry 3 Bikes or 3 Longboard Surfboards with a 2018 Honda Civic

To transport the 3 longboards on the roof of your 2018 Honda Civic I recommend going with the Yakima JetStream crossbars system but with longer bars to accommodate all of your boards. Since the max amount of boards you can stack on a carrier is 2 we have to make sure there is enough room to place the longboards side by side. For a roof rack use the following: 60" JetStream Crossbars - Black # Y00426 BaseLine Towers - # Y00146 Fit Kit - # Y06182 Fit Kit - # Y06183 Then for carriers I recommend the Inno Board Locker Surfboard Carrier # INA744 for 2 of the boards and then the Rhino-Rack SUP and Surfboard Pads w/ Tie-Downs for Crossbars # RRRWP03 for the 3rd board. Please keep in mind that you will need to offset the crossbars (probably about 4") to get everything to fit properly. For your 3 bikes you can then use 3 of the roof mount bike racks like the Yakima ForkLift # Y02098 which is a great bike rack that is easy to install and use. This does require you to remove the front wheel from your bikes though so if you'd like a bike rack that allows you to keep them on then the FrontLoader # Y02103 is what you're looking for. It would be possible to install a trailer hitch and use a hitch mount bike rack, but since there are only Class I hitches available for your 2018 Honda Civic you'll only be able to transport up to 2 bikes.
