Im looking to buy a 2024 Honda Civic Sport Touring but wont make the buy if theres not hitch I can put on. Does that trim package preclude mounting a hitch?

The Curt hitch part # C92UR that you referenced does fit your 2024 Honda Civic Sport Touring. Basically this hitch fits all models except ones with center exhaust.
