Fit great on 2020 Hyundai Sonata, had to make long cut in muffler heat shield, & panel on other side of trunk. Took about an hour to install & retrofit panels. Wiring the lights took a little longer, didn't want to mess up the interior. But with that said, this is my 4th hitch I've bought from this company. 2011 Camaro convertible, 2008 Cobalt, just don't stick your finger in a hole that is too small. LOL1696559

I went from having a package delivered to my front doorstep, to hauling gear in no time with my latest order placed with etrailer.com.

Before I could go out and purchase a new kayak trailer, first I needed to obtain several products which were absolutely essential in regards to allowing me to actually go out and follow through with my impending buy. From etrailer.com, I purchased a Curt T-Connecter Wiring Harness with 4 Pole Flat Trailer Connection for my 2015 Subaru Forester, a 2" Curt Ball Mount, and a 1-7/8" Diameter and Medium Shank Hitch Ball.

I found ordering online from etrailer.com to be a breeze, with relatively minimum effort having to be put forth when doing so. Everything I needed was simple and easy to find, which overall made my shopping experience all the more better. Surprisingly after ordering, I was notified that my shipping option chosen had been upgraded, and that I would be receiving my goods sooner, rather than later. This was unexpected, though great news indeed!

Within days as promised, my package arrived and I was eager to get to work installing all three parts. The Ball Mount & Hitch Ball required the smallest amount of effort obviously which was good, especially more so, since I was really looking forward to the tackling the wiring harness installation foremost. Online, the specific product page for the wiring harness, featured a short video detailing the complete job from start-to-finish for those doing the work themselves. The video was clear, concise, and done in such a simple manner that success was pretty much guaranteed. I opted myself to Velcro the wiring harness converter to inside rear panel, instead of using the included two-sided adhesive. When finished, you would not believe how clean the entire job looked when completed. As though it was done by a true automotive professional!

Before I knew it, I was on the road, and with trailer in tow behind me off looking for some adventurous fun. Thanks etrailer.com!

I was very suspicious how will it fit and suit Dodge Challenger. But when I received trailer hitch, and by they way it travelled across the planet to reach me, I was totally impressed with the quality, ease of installation and accessories which I ordered with it. I basically installed it myself with a help of a friend, it took about 30 minutes to fix it. It really saved me as I needed the trailer to transport my bike to the race track and I didn't want to change the car.
So the conclusion, I own it for more than a year and have zero issues or complaints about the hitch or accessories. I used to travel long and short distances and in average I use it every second week. You barely can notice it when you remove drawbar so it is very good solution.680523

Both the hitch coupler and ball worked perfect for my shopping trailer so I could use my bike to grocery shop. It would be nice if there was a company that made them for a smaller project, like a 1 " ball and coupler.59962

Everyone said that they never saw one on a Mercedes-Benz, let alone, a convertable.

This is my father's 1965 sailboat and 1965 Sears trailer. The car is a 2002 Mercedes-Benz CLK 450. I had not sailed the boat since 1977. I have the license plate from the trailer to prove it. The dealer who sold me the car had never put a hitch on a car. After he saw the trailer attached to the car, he offered me a job. I turned it down, but I told him if he ever got a request, I would help him with it.

Right size, right fit etc but the key has been the great service from e-trailer's staff. I took a junky 300 trailer kit and with parts from e-trailer, larger wheels, winch, bearing buddies, spare tire mount, jack stand and made a darn good boat trailer for my daughter's sunfish. got great advice, great service, and fast shipping. I just purchased a new hideaway hitch system. But the hitch sits only 15 inches off the ground at best. And, my trailer coupling is 22-23 inches off ground. So l needed 7-8 inches of rise on the new 1.25 inch receiver system.

Internet research took me to etrailer and the Brophy hitch. I got 5.5 inches with the Brophy hitch, the highest available for a 1.25 inch receiver I could find. The others are limited to 5 inches max. I added another 1.5 inches with your Curt shock absorbing hitch. Voila, with a combined 7 inches of rise and on level ground the trailer now rides perfectly level!!!! Both parts were very easy to connect.

Delivery was speedy. Thank you for saving the day and my investment in an expensive new hideaway hitch!1500239
