The hitch pin hole of the ball mount is the standard 5/8" and the ball mount fits a 2" hitch receiver so any 2" hitch receiver lock or pin with clip will work with the Flash Solid Ball Mount part # DTBM5200. The etrailer.com Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock part # e98882 will work well because it is stainless steel to resist corrosion.
The # DTBM5200 ball mount that you referenced has a ball hole shank diameter of 1-1/4", so you can use part # A-90 for a 2" ball or part # 63836 for a 2-5/16" ball.
I recommend to use the Flash Self-Locking, Aluminum Ball Mount part # DTLBM8200 which has a built in locking system to lock in the hitch receiver so you don't even have to worry about a separate locking pin.
The Flash self locking ball mount # DTLBM8200 has a 1" ball shank diameter, so you can use part # 63853 for a 2-5/16" ball, part # 63851 for a 1-7/8" ball or part # 40038 for a 2" ball.
