What bumper hitch and trailer wiring harness is recommended for the 2019 Nissan Titan. It doesn't have the Nissan tow package.

The Curt Class III hitch you'd looked at, part # C13304 would be an excellent choice for your 2020 Nissan Titan. The hitch has an 8000 lb towing/800 lb tongue weight capacity (which could be limited by the capacity of the truck if it's lower).
For a trailer connector, you'd want to use # N40975, which will give you both a 4 pole and a 7 way trailer connector. The connector also includes the necessary relays to activate the tow package. For a ball mount, use # 2753. For a trailer ball, # 63851 for a 1-7/8 inch ball or # 63845 for a 2 inch.
