Custom-Fit Towing Mirror

Easily extend your field of vision and reduce blind spots with this CIPA slip-on towing mirror. By adding it to your OEM side-view mirror, you can see beyond the end of your trailer. This will allow you to safely and easily change lanes, pass, and park with a trailer in tow.

The mirror is molded to perfectly match the contours of your factory side mirror. Simply slide the mirror over your side-view mirror and use the custom-formed, felt-covered wedge to hold the mirror in place. This wedge wraps around the inside edge of your OEM mirror and can be tightened onto the mirror with an easily accessible hand knob.

Slip-on mirror will fit factory mirrors that look like the mirrors in the images above.

2012 Ford F-150

are perfect! They look way better than the extendable tow mirrors that are factory. They also let the auto fold function on the mirrors fold just fine.

Mirrors fit very well . I hope they stay on while traveling on the roadway . May do a follow up ,if I can after checking them out ... The mirrors add a little more safety to the trip for sure ......

Great option for a mirror extension that fits snug onto your existing mirror. Does not come off without effort because the positioning nut secures it (unlike the flimsy suction cup arm mirrors).

Still great! A lot of people have asked me where I found such great mirror extensions. They look like theyre meant to be on the truck so I just leave them on since I tow frequently. They do not wiggle when I tuck the mirror toward the window in parking lots. Sturdy!

Good mirrors for towing 28 ft travel trailer...
Only got 3 star as first trip went we went to leave on thursday 5-25 for our first trip and went to put on and the passanger mirror was missing the screw to hold it on so i had to zip tie it on...on tuesday i will be calling to see about getting a replacement screw for next trip and will see how customer service is...

much of a pain it was to manually adjust outside mirrors.

The good news is that the driver and passenger side mirrors are great. They fit firmly over the OEM mirrors. No shake or jitter more than a normal mirror.

The best news - These mirrors are available from several sources, in models for several vehicles. ONLY etrailer.com gave me details and pictures in the description to make sure I ordered the right product the first time.

As always shipping was fast and efficient. I ordered them on Sunday afternoon, they were shipped within 24 hours and arrived on Wednesday.

described. They are very solid and fit perfectly/snug on our 2005 Ford F-150 and look great! E-Trailer delivered on time with the packaging more than adequate. These were purchased for the hauling of our 17 1/2 ft. Lund boat. Haven't trailered the boat yet so we don't know yet if we can see behind the boat which is the main purpose of purchasing these mirrors.

2013 Ford F-150

This mirror extension was all they said it was. I have checked out other mirrors, this one is hands down the best fit and look as well as functional. It even got here a day early, even with all the major roads leading into Wyoming closed due to heavy snowfall. Great product.

was very simple to put on and take off my vehicle. The look and design is what I was looking for as I have a stylish looking truck and you can't tell that they are an after market item. The mirror view is somewhat limited because the mirror is narrow, but it's very helpful as I am pulling a 34' travel trailer. I can now see cars approaching and behind me.

Replacement Parts for CIPA Towing Mirrors on 2000 GMC Sierra
There are a number of different CIPA towing mirrors that fit your 2000 GMC Sierra so the correct replacement parts will depend on which mirrors you have. The part you referenced # CM11804 is replacement hardware for mirrors # 11801 and # 11802 which fit Ford trucks. If you have mirrors # 10801 or # 10802 then the correct replacement hardware kit is part # CM10803. If you have a different mirror you can use the link provided to identify it so we can give you the correct replacement parts.

Towing Mirror Recommendations For a 2010 Ford F-150
We have not had any complaints with the K Source towing mirrors, # KS81810. They are made from plastic, comparable to the construction of the other available mirrors. If it were me I would go with the CIPA mirrors, # 11802 and # 11801. the system that holds the mirror on seems more secure and these mirrors are the highest rated for your truck. They also come with a 1 year warranty and are also made of scratch resistant ABS plastic. I have included a link to a video showing a typical application....

Are the CIPA Towing Mirrors for a 2012 Ford F-150 Flat Glass or Convex
The glass that is in the CIPA towing mirrors, # CM11800 for both the driver and passengers sides, is not convex like on a typical passenger side mirror. Instead it is flat glass like your driver side factory mirror or the rearview mirror. Typical OEM passenger side mirrors are convex which is why you see the warning sticker stating objects in mirror are closer than they appear. Flat glass does not distort how the images appear so that is why it looks different.

She stated that on your 2010 Ford F-150 Lariat, if the chrome trim on the mirrors is flush with the plastic housing of the mirror (meaning the chrome trim does not add any height or thickness to the mirror housing) then it will fit. The CIPA Custom Towing Mirrors, # 11801 and # 11802, are designed to work with the mirrors on the 2011 F-150 and are only excluded for the STX style truck mirrors. Fit of Cipa Slip-On Towing Mirrors On 2008 Ford F150 w/ Turn Signals in Factory Mirrors
The CIPA # CM11800 would include both the driver and passenger side slip-on mirrors. The mirrors are compatible with mirrors that have the turn signals. They won't fit F150 XL or STX models. The # 11802 is the passenger side mirror only. If you look at the photo I've provided, you can see examples of all the OEM mirrors the # CM11800 will and won't fit. I contacted our representative at CIPA about installing the CIPA Mirrors # 11801 and # 1802 from your 2005 F-150 to your 2011 F-150. You are correct, you will need different hardware to install the mirrors on your 2011 F-150. You will need to select the CIPA Replacement Hardware # CM11804, for 2008-2012 F-150s.
