Will this mirror fit on my 2010 F150 Lariat Super Crew which has the chrome trim?

I spoke with my contact at CIPA about the Custom Towing Mirror, # 11801. She stated that on your 2010 Ford F-150 Lariat, if the chrome trim on the mirrors is flush with the plastic housing of the mirror (meaning the chrome trim does not add any height or thickness to the mirror housing) then it will fit.
The matching passenger side mirror is # 11802.
