Im not sure what the STX Model is, hopefully its not about the collapsible style. My mirror looks exactly like the picture but it is automatic adjustment and will collapse in for tight spaces. Turn signals are on mirror too. Will this product work, it looks exactly like what I need.

The CIPA Custom Towing Mirrors # 11801 and # 11802 are the correct towing mirrors for your 2009 Ford F-150. The STX vehicles have a mirror that is shaped completely different, see photos on product page. The STX style is the bottom photo on the page.
The towing mirrors will work with your style that folds in and has a turn signal integrated into the mirror. We have a short video showing a different mirror # CTM2300A being installed on a 2006 model ford with mirrors similar to yours, see link.
