The mirror you asking about, part # 11802 is designed to fit a 2007 Ford F-150. Unfortunately, custom towing mirrors are not available for the 2007 Honda Odyssey.
We offer a universal fit clip on towing mirror, part # KS3891 that might work on your Honda providing that the existing mirror does not look like the one shown in the photo I provided. If this mirror will not work for you, I would recommend the Cipa Deluxe Door Mount Mirror, part # 11650.
