Hi everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com, and today, we're gonna take a look at this Viair Constant Duty Onboard Air Compressor with tank. This 150 psi onboard air system is going to let you fill up virtually any vehicle tire quickly and easily. It will inflate any vehicle tire up to 37 inches, and it will also let you operate air lockers, air horns, as well as other standard air tools. Now, a system like this is especially great if you enjoy off-roading. Typically, before you hit the trail in your off-road vehicle, it's a good idea to deflate your tires to get more traction and a better ride on the trail, but then, when it's time to head home, you need to air your tires back up. So with this onboard air compressor system, that is not going to be a problem, you're always going to have air when you need it.

Now, this compressor features a maximum airflow of 1.80 CFM, which will fill this 2.5 gallon tank from 0 psi to 145 psi in approximately three minutes. Now, this also includes this 35 foot long coiled hose with this clip-on tire chuck, and that's going to give you the ability to reach all of your tires around your vehicle, so you're gonna have plenty of length for that. And then, this also includes this dash panel gauge that's going to allow you to turn the system on or off, and then the compressor itself has a thermal overload protector that's going to automatically shut the compressor down when that happens to overheat. This has a duty cycle of 100% at 100 psi, which translates into one hour of run time at 100 psi before the compressor needs to rest. So this includes everything that you see here on my table before me.

Again, you're gonna get this 2.5 gallon tank, this 450C model compressor, this 35 foot long coiled air hose with the tire chuck, our dash panel gauge with the on and off switch, the remote air filter, the pressure switch with the relay, and then this battery lead wire with the fuse holder, and all of the hardware, all of the plumbing parts, and the electrical components that you're going to need to successfully install this in your vehicle. An instruction manual is also included to walk you through the installation process and to go over the components of this kit. Of course, this is going to work with your 12 volt electrical system, it has a maximum amp draw of 23 amps and an IP rating of 67.
