Midway through airing up at the trailhead or powering a tool to finish a job, the last thing you want is a compressor that cuts out. This one won't. With a 100% duty cycle and a full hour of runtime at 100 psi, it keeps going so you can too.
This compressor does more than inflate tires and air bags. It delivers reliable pressure for air lockers, powers light air tools, and works seamlessly with an onboard tank for extended duties. So if you're leveling your hitch, cycling lockers on a rocky climb, or using a blow gun to clean up camp, this unit keeps pace without missing a beat.
Tucked into a drawer system, mounted behind the seat, or bolted to the frame, this compressor fits where others won't. The horizontal layout keeps your build clean, while the internals—sealed bearings, PTFE piston ring, and copper wound permanent magnet motor—are built for dust, heat, and long hours. No oil changes or babying needed.
This kit comes with the core components you need to get started—mounting hardware and a matched unloader block for tank integration (sold separately). You'll need to supply your own wiring and relay setup, so installation may take a little more planning if you're wiring from scratch.
The unloader block assembly is required when using this compressor with an onboard air tank (sold separately). Wiring harness and relay not included.

Hi, everyone. Steven here with etrailer.com. Today we're looking at a replacement HP625 series HD air compressor for your Pacbrake air spring systems with a horizontal head and 12 volts of power. So folks, this is considered 100% duty cycle, meaning you can run it continuously for up to 60 minutes at 100 PSI without needing for a cooldown. How impressive is that, right It's a powerful 3/4 horsepower output motor is delivering strong, consistent airflow for the onboard air systems, such as tire inflations, air tools, and airbags, those kinda things. Now, I wanna let you know right up front, this is just what we call a core kit, and you're gonna get the core components to get started.
So you're gonna get some mounting hardware, but you will also need additional mounting hardware and a matched unloader block for tank ignition, or tank integration, sorry, and that's sold separately. So you're also gonna need to supply your own wire harness, and you're gonna do a little bit more planning with this kinda kit than the ones that just have everything already. So this may be for you if you kinda have those components already and you just need this. Or if you wanna get everything together, there might be a kit that suits your needs sold separately that might have different components or more components that you're looking for. The wiring for the motor is a simple two-wire positive, negative.
Overall 11 1/2 inches long, about six inches tall and 9 1/2 inches wide. It's not too heavy. About 18 1/2 pounds on the compressor. And this is a maintenance-free design, so there's no oil or anything. It's an oilless design, so that's gonna make your upkeeping and those kinda things a lot less to worry about, meaning not as much maintenance.
It'll handle the heat, and dust, and everything just fine. And this compact horizontal layout will fit those tight builds in trucks, trailers, and those kinda things, giving you extra space that you need. It does support air lockers with fast, reliable pressure on demand. Well folks, that's gonna wrap it up for our look together. I'm Steven.
Thanks for watching.
