Waiting on air or running out mid-job slows you down. This onboard kit gives you more capacity with a 2-1/2 gallon tank, so you can fill tires, run tools, and stay moving - whether you're on the trail, at the jobsite, or off the grid.
With a 2-1/2 gallon polished aluminum tank, this kit gives you the storage capacity to power small tools, air up multiple tires, or cycle your air suspension without delay—all while shedding weight compared to heavier steel options.
This system comes complete with a black HP325 compressor, pre-wired harnesses, pressure switch, relay, and fittings. The aluminum tank resists corrosion and looks sharp, while the components are engineered for long-lasting reliability.
From tire inflation and trail tools to general-purpose air supply, the included 25-foot curly hose and accessories keep you ready for whatever the road or jobsite throws your way. Its also fully compatible with Pacbrake in-cab controls when you're ready to expand.

Hi everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a real quick look together at this Packbrake HP325 series onboard air kit with this 2 1/2 gallon polished aluminum tank. So this is gonna be a universal fit. It's gonna be compatible with your air springs, your tools, your tires, and other onboard air applications. And so, with this 2 1/2 gallon polished aluminum tank, this is going to give you the storage capacity to power small tools, air up multiple tires, or cycle your air suspension without delay, all while shedding weight compared to heavier steel options. So as I mentioned, this is going to be polished aluminum.
It's gonna look great, it's lightweight, but it's gonna be very durable for you. You're not gonna have to worry about rust or corrosion. This has a maximum working pressure of 200 psi with a burst pressure of 600 psi. The NPT ports are a quarter of an inch. And the overall length is almost 24" long end to end.
The overall height about 7 1/4" tall. And then the width of our brackets is 4 1/4" wide and the diameter of our tank, about 5 7/8". And this weighs a little under five pounds, so not terribly heavy. This does come with this black HP325 compressor. I'm gonna bring this up a little bit closer for you just so you can see.
So a great finish on here. I prefer this over their chrome finish option on their compressors. This is obviously gonna wire into your 12-volt system. It has a quarter of a horsepower, and the duty cycle is 33%, which translates into 20 minutes at 100 psi. This has a maximum working pressure of 150 psi.
The overall measurements is about 8 3/4" long, 4" wide, and about 6 1/8" tall. It's about 5 1/2 pounds. So from tire inflation and trail tools to general purpose air supply, this included 25-foot long coiled hose and accessories are gonna keep you ready for whatever the road or the job site throws your way. Now, I thought it would be better for you to just take a look at the photo, a photo of everything laid out. So I wanted you to see the hardware that you're getting, the fittings that you're getting, the lines that you're getting. So this is gonna be an expansive kit. And also, as you can see, comes with that accessory bag which you can keep those accessories all together. You're not gonna have to worry about them floating around in the back of your truck or anything like that. So everything that you see there on that photo, you're gonna be getting, so again, the compressor, the tank, pre-built wiring harness that we have right here, and then air lines, the fittings, installation hardware, and the 25-foot-long coiled hose. This is gonna be fully compatible with Pacbrake in-cab controls when you're ready to expand. And here's our accessory bag. It's included, so it's a nice touch. So if you do pick this kit up, we would love to hear back from you regarding how you're using this, how the installation went.
