Midway through airing up at the trailhead or powering a tool to finish a job, the last thing you want is a compressor that cuts out. This one won't. With a 100% duty cycle and a full hour of runtime at 100 psi, it keeps going so you can too.
This compressor does more than inflate tires and air bags. It delivers reliable pressure for air lockers, powers light pneumatic tools, and works seamlessly with an onboard tank for extended duties. So if you're leveling your hitch, cycling lockers on a rocky climb, or using a blow gun to clean up camp, this unit keeps pace without missing a beat.
Tucked into a drawer system, mounted behind the seat, or bolted to the frame, this compressor fits where others won't. The horizontal layout keeps your build clean, while the internals—sealed bearings, PTFE piston ring, and copper wound permanent magnet motor—are built for dust, heat, and long hours. No oil changes or babying needed.
Don't waste time chasing down parts. This kit ships with a pre-wired harness, fuses, loom, all mounting hardware, and a matched unloader block that simplifies air tank integration (sold separately). That means fewer trips to the store, no wiring headaches, and a smoother install, especially if you're working solo.
The unloader block assembly is required when using this compressor with an onboard air tank (sold separately).

Hi everyone, Steven here with etrailer.com. Today we're looking at our Pacbreak HP625 Premium Series Heavy Duty Air Compressor Kit. Folks, this uses what's considered a horizontal pump head and it has an impressive 100% duty cycle, and that just means, in simple terms, it can run continuously for up to 60 minutes at 100 PSI without needing a cool down, so pretty impressive if you've ever looked at any of these kind of smaller compressors for any of these air systems, this one, by far in my opinion, blows the rest of the competition out of the water. So this can do more than just simply inflating tires and airbags, it's gonna deliver reliable pressure, if you have air lockers, maybe you're running some light pneumatic tools on the side of the road or in the back of your trailer or whatnot, who knows And it can work seamlessly with an onboard tank as well to give you extended duties as well so you can get more air pressure, more volume as well. So if you're level on the hitch cycling lockers, maybe on a rocky climb or using maybe an air blow gun or something at the campsite to dust stuff off, this will keep pace with you and never have to worry about cooling down. If you're doing something for more than an hour, you're a lot busier than me, that's all I can say.
Now, that's usually a powerful three quarter horsepower or 0.75 horsepower output. Delivering strong, consistent airflow for onboard air systems. Tire inflation, like I mentioned, air tools, you're gonna get wiring harness with it, you're gonna get wire loom, you're gonna get some more hose. And on the backside here, I've got out the short wiring harnesses, inline fuse, these kind of things that come with it, along with all of the other connectors, elbows, butt connectors, ring terminals, and the manifold here and everything, and mounting plates and the rocker switch as well. So literally everything you need in one box.
The 12 volt horizontal head configuration is gonna fit tightly into custom builds, trucks, trailers, underneath stuff, and you know, wherever, oversized rigs. And again, it's built for max pressure, it can do a max workload of 150 PSI. As far as dimensions, I got about 11-1/2" long, about 6" inches wide on the main unit itself here. And then if you we inchesre to flip this on its side or sideways like this, it's about 9-1/2". The whole thing's pretty lightweight, about 18.5 pounds, give or take a little bit.
And it's a maintenance free oil-less design so you don't have to worry about upkeep and those kind of thing. It handles heat, dust, and everything with no issues. Folks, that's gonna wrap it up for our look at this amazing Pacbreak Premium Series Heavy Duty Air Compressor Kit. I'm Steven, thanks for watching.
