Midway through airing up at the trailhead or powering a tool to finish a job, the last thing you want is a compressor that cuts out. This one won't. With a 100% duty cycle and a full hour of runtime at 100 psi, it keeps going so you can too.
This compressor does more than inflate tires and air bags. It delivers reliable pressure for air lockers, powers light pneumatic tools, and works seamlessly with an onboard tank for extended duties. So if you're leveling your hitch, cycling lockers on a rocky climb, or using a blow gun to clean up camp, this unit keeps pace without missing a beat.
Tucked into a drawer system, mounted behind the seat, or bolted to the frame, this compressor fits where others won't. The vertical layout keeps your build clean, while the internals—sealed bearings, PTFE piston ring, and copper wound permanent magnet motor—are built for dust, heat, and long hours. No oil changes or babying needed.
Don't waste time chasing down parts. This kit ships with a pre-wired harness, fuses, loom, all mounting hardware, and a matched unloader block that simplifies air tank integration (sold separately). That means fewer trips to the store, no wiring headaches, and a smoother install, especially if you're working solo.
The unloader block assembly is required when using this compressor with an onboard air tank (sold separately).

Hi, everyone. Steven here with etrailer.com. Let's take a look at our Pacbrake HP 625 Premium Series Heavy Duty Air Compressor Kit with a vertical pump head. Plus, this is gonna run on 12 volts power. This compressor does more than just inflate tires and airbags. It's gonna deliver reliable pressure for maybe your air lockers, power light, powered light pneumatic tools even, and even work seamlessly with an onboard tank if you have one for extended duties and usage.
So if you're leveling your hitch, cycling your lockers, like I mentioned, maybe on a rocky climb, or just using a blow gun to keep the camp clean, those kind of things, this unit keeps pace without missing a beat. It is considered 100% duty cycle, so that just means it can run up to 60 minutes nonstop at 100 PSI without needing to cool down. It uses a three-quarter horsepower output, delivering strong, consistent airflow using tire inflation and air tools and those kind of things. And this is gonna give you everything you need, all the wire loom, the air hoses, the electrical relays, all the connectors, all your connectors for the air, the main block assembly here, the manifold, and the on-off switch, the buttons here, and then of course, all your electrical connectors, and even a little bracket here. So this compressor is about 18 1/2 pounds.
And there's another view of it. And from the bottom. It's about 11 1/2" long overall, about 6" wide, and then on the tall part, if you count the compressor assembly versus the motor and all that, together about 9 1/2" tall. Now this is built to handle pressure. Again, the maximum work pressure is 150 PSI.
The 12 volt vertical head is gonna be great for putting in tight areas and those kind of things. And now I mentioned to before, this is locker ready, meaning it does support airlocks, giving you reliable pressure on-demand. Now, you will need an unloader block assembly if you're using this with an onboard air tank, and that would be sold separately. So again, folks, everything here with the kit, it's a maintenance-free, it's an oilless design on the compressor and everything so that keeps up with all the uses and handles the heat and the dust really, really well as well. Folks, if you have any questions about this product, reach out to us, we're here to help ya and answer any questions.
I'm Steven, thanks for watching.
