From long workdays to long drives, this compressor shows up ready. It runs for a full hour without slowing down, installs clean, and delivers steady air so you can keep grinding, hauling, or chasing the next mile without missing a beat.
This compressor was built for platforms that need more than the average setup—the kind found in utility fleets, expedition trucks, and military surplus vehicles. With 24V power, it draws less current, runs cooler, and delivers reliable air without overloading your electrical system. Mounted to a utility trailer or tucked into a service body, this compressor keeps up with jobs that can't pause. Blow out sprinkler lines, power a nailer, or refill an air tank between stops—it runs for the full shift without needing a cooldown or dragging down your 24V system.
The HP625 compressor fits where others won't—in a drawer system, behind the seat, or bolted to the frame. The vertical layout keeps your build clean, while the internals like sealed bearings, a PTFE piston ring, and copper wound permanent magnet motor are built for dust, heat, and long hours. No oil changes or babying needed.
This kit comes with the core components you need to get started—mounting hardware and a matched unloader block for tank integration (sold separately). You'll need to supply your own wiring and relay setup, so installation may take a little more planning if you're wiring from scratch.
The unloader block assembly is required when using this compressor with an onboard air tank (sold separately). Wiring harness and relay not included.

Hi, everyone. Steve here with etrailer.com. Let's take a look at our Pacbrake HP625 Basic Series Heavy Duty Air Compressor kit. It's a vertical pump, and it is a 24-volt system. So again, folks, vertical pump head, it's 100% duty cycle, and that just means it can run continuously for up to an hour at 100 PSI without having to cool down. Its powerful 3/4 horsepower output motor will deliver strong, consistent airflow for your onboard systems, accessories, tire inflation, airbags, whatever you're using it for.
Now, the optimize system here that runs on 24 volt will draw less current and run cooler than the other ones out there. It's about 11.5 inches long, about 9.5 inches tall overall, and six inches wide or diameter. Now, as you can see, you get all the parts here included, so you should have everything you need out of the box as far as a core supply. What that means is you're gonna need some manual hardware that's not included and a matched unloader block for tank integration. Those are sold separately, and you will also have to supply your own wiring harness and relay setup.
So installation with this kind of kit could be a little more in depth and you might wanna do some planning to make sure you're getting everything you need. And you can always reach out to us for assistance with that as well. The vertical head configuration is compact, and the layout will fit in tight spots on your trucks, trailers, those kind of thing. And the pump head is an oil-less design, so that's gonna cut down on upkeep and handle the heat and dust and stuff really well. Now, this, again, is built for those 24-volt platforms, so service trucks, heavy-duty equipment, expedition vehicles, those kind of things, this will be a great addition for you.
That's gonna wrap it up, folks. I'm Steve. Thanks for watching.
